Waking up in a bed of ashes,
When the things started to go wrong.
No need to bring me down, no baby.
I will bring you to the Rainbow Road.

We've been here so many times,
Much more than I can count.
So please my baby don't make me cry.
I promise that you will be fine.
Track Name: Ikoji [Interlude 1]

Solar panel, photosensitivity.
Radio tower and epilepsy.
Vintage mics and radiology,
Television demagogy.

Asahi.

So confusing, not amusing.
I turn on TV Asahi.
Babe it's hurting, it's even bruising.
I turn on TV Asahi.

Crazyness and no privacy.
Cocaine and photocopy.
Photocopy, cocaine, crazy no privacy.
Epilepsy and photo since TBT.

So confusing, not amusing.
I turn on TV Asahi.
Babe it's hurting, it's even bruising.
I turn on TV Asahi.

Why am I the only one,
To leave my pain, away ?
Why am I the only one,
Who keeps my pain, away ?

So long I've seen your smile.
So long I've seen you mind.
So long you've seen me fine.
So long you've seen me beg.

Why am I the only one,
To leave my pain, away ?
Why am I the only one,
Who keeps my pain, away ?

So long I've seen your smile.
So long I've seen you mind.
So long you've seen me fine.
So long you've seen me beg.
So long I've seen you fight.
So long you've seen you babe.

Why am I the only one,
To leave my pain, away ?
Why am I the only one,
Who keeps my pain, away ?

Track Name: Double-Dash Renekton + Outro
After making the Carcosa EP, I felt like I was still kinda trapped in this moody shit from what I was doing in København. So I started to listen and watch a lot of Japan related stuffs, such as vintage footages, old japanese jazz album, got into Nujabes and DJ Okawari (at least more than I was already). And I decided to take all of this influences and turn them into really cheap tunes, slacking shits, reminding me of someone slacking, not doing anything.
I wrote shitty lyrics, for example TV Asahi is like a scene of all these show business people taking cocain in a fucking Tokyo building.
It's like, half trippy af, half real happy stuffs. I never really could make a legit difference between these two. The track I made a while ago called Latte Macchiato is the best example of that, which is the story of a guy, tripping balls on acid, working at Starbucks, he gets arrested, kill every body in the police station because he has a date with a girl, she get scared, she eventually runs away, he kills her. And we end up supposing that this girl was not his girl at all, but someone random.
So yeah this is it.
I'm really inspired by drugs, even tho I don't take any, or I haven't done any in a while, because I did, I'm not gonna lie. I'm really inspired by this. I would love to be like, some kind of people that is just with a notepad and noting all the reaction of all the people taking drugs, that would be the biggest inspiration for me, I can't really explain it. Without taking them I feel their state of mind, these people. That's why I write so much about drugs like, TV Asahi is mostly cocain effects on someone in a depression, Latte Macchiato was like a, the effect of acid on someone who is really lonely. I can't really explain it, I like it, I like the... to tell myself that people take drugs and they are tripping balls and I can feel it. That's it. Anyway, the whole record is not about drugs of course. Don't feel like "OMG this guy is a pothead fuck you, you're only talking about drugs", first if I was, it's my choice anyway so fuck you, and yeah also, it's really nice, I have a lot of love songs in this record aswell. Muji Muji is some kind of a break up song, not really a break up song, but more like a good bye song. Shinjuku is like something, I can't really explain it. It's like, getting in contact with someone you haven't talked to for a while and you missed it a lot so you're starting to... thinking about stuffs and shits. Yeah. Love, drugs and ehm. Yeah that's all. Seems like I don't have a lot of things to say. Yeah. Fuck this.
